General Information

The images on this website are available for purchase as open edition fine art prints. All of Mike’s open-edition prints are archival, and are printed with the finest printers (Epson) and papers (Hahnemuhle) available today. All prints are hand-signed by Mike. We will notify you should his field-work cause any delays.


What are archival prints?

Archival Prints will show no perceptible fading for generations. In contrast, the colors in mass-produced lithographic prints usually fade and develop a bluish cast in less than a decade.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We post two to three weeks for delivery, but normally get things out to you well before that. We like to underpromise and overdeliver!


What is your guarantee?

We offer a 30-day “hassle free” refund and exchange policy on all products. We guarantee our framed limited edition photographic prints against any defects in product or craftsmanship for the lifetime of the image.


How do I place an order?

You can order via our website, by e-mail or phone. To e-mail the order, please provide:

  • Your name
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Phone numbers
  • The Image Name/Number
  • Dimension of the print
  • To order through the website, select hover over the desired image and click “zoom” to see it full-sized. Click “Select Image” underneath the image to open our exclusive online framing tool. Here you can select the size and framing option you desire, then click “Add to cart”. When you are ready to check out, click the “cart” link in the sidebar and follow the standard checkout procedure.


    Is your website secure?

    Absolutely! We do not accept any sensitive information on this site beyond your e-mail address which we have never and will never sell or distribute to other outside companies or organizations. All online payments are processed on via paypal on their industry leading payment processing website.


    Can I Order online?

    You may order from our secure online website 24 hours a day.


    Do you accept international orders?

    We are in the process of updating the International ordering online, so in order to proceed, you may choose any US state and zip (example: NE 68137) at checkout to continue, and then type your full address into the Special Instructions box. If you continue to experience difficulties, you may call or fax your order.


    Do you accept gift orders?

    We will happily ship your gift directly to the recipient with your personal message on one of our beautiful art cards.


    Do your offer large volume corporate orders or prizes for golf tournaments?

    For large volume corporate orders, contact us Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST at 1-800-338-1656. We can help you find just the right products for your employee recognition and special event gifts. We also offer Gift Cards for business incentive programs.


    How quickly will we receive our prints?

    We promise our prints within two weeks. If you need something quicker, let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.


    What if I want a size that is not listed on your price list?

    At this point in time we are only offering our retail prints in the sizes outlined on the website, but if you are an interior designer working on a project, sign up for our Image Professional program for other options.


    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    In the unusual event of damaged or incorrect order, call us at 800-338-1656 or email us by clicking here. You will be asked to replace the product back into its original packing materials. We will then issue a call tag for the shipping company to come retrieve your damaged or incorrect package. We will, in the meantime, reship your order as quickly as possible.


    What if we are not satisfied with our purchase?

    We guarantee satisfaction. If you are not pleased, you can ship the print back to us and there will be no charge. We do ask that you pay for return shipping.


    Do you accept credit cards/Paypal?

    We accept MC, VISA, DISCOVER, and AMEX and Paypal

    Shipping for all framed and unframed photographs

    • All packages are fully insured
    • Please allow two to three weeks for delivery of your prints.
    • Please use your street address, as our shipping company (Fedex) does not deliver to post office box numbers
    • We use Federal Express exclusively for the delivery of our packages.


    Do you offer International Shipping?

    Yes, in most cases. Please contact us via email, include your name, complete shipping address, and the product name and size and we will get back to immediately with a firm price for the product, shipping and all import/export charges.


    Do you license your images for advertisements, publications, websites and special projects?

    Yes, that is a very big part of our business, to license images you will need to register at our b2b site dedicated to Image Professionals and request to be a member.


    Do you offer other alternative printing processes of your images?

    We offer a multitude of canvas, metal, cloth and glass printing methods to Image professionals. To learn more about these processes, you will need to register at our b2b site dedicated to Image Professionals and request membership.


    Can we engage you to shoot specific images for our project?

    Yes, definitely. I love to travel and photograph new places. Check in at our assignment desk or give me a call at 800-338-1656 so we can discuss your project.


    We are building/moving/remodeling our offices, can you help us with an artwork solution?

    Do you work with interior designers on commercial and residential projects?

    Do you offer your prints for sale through galleries and retail outlets?

    Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes, we offer gift certificates for those “hard-to-buy-for” friends, relatives and business associates. Click here or call us at 800-338-1656. We will need your name, address, telephone number and/or email address, credit card number, expiration date, and the zip code of the billing address of the card being used. We will also need the name and address or email address of the person who will be receiving your gift. We will send the certificate along with a link to our catalog for their ease of selection.
